Our AI agents are turning a village art gallery into a world-class one.
Galerie Artwave is the gallery of the painter-engraver Anne Turlais, in a village in the south-west of France. A team of Claude agents has rebuilt its website and reviews every part of it each week, while the owner approves each change. We are proving the method on one gallery so that any independent artist or small gallery can use it next.
Here is what the agents have delivered for the gallery so far.
The new store is in its final checks before launch, so sales figures will follow once it is live.
works can be seen in augmented reality at their true size, each in nine formats and frames.
AR models were built, checked and deployed for iPhone and Android.
room images show every work hanging above a sofa, a bed or a desk, placed by the rules a gallerist would follow.
improvements were proposed by the review lab and judged by the owner in its first week alone.
of Anne’s letters were distilled into a voice guide, and every text on the site is checked against it.
readers receive Anne’s monthly letter, and this is the audience the next agents will build on.
The gallery’s website, before and after the agents.
Drag the handle to compare the site the gallery had with the one the agents built. The new site places a painting on a lit wall, with its edition and its frame, so a visitor sees the work as it will hang at home.

The website improves every week, because a team of agents never stops reviewing it.
Four agents work in a loop, and the owner keeps the final say. Each cycle looks outward at the best galleries and at published usability research, then inward at the site itself, screen by screen.
- The scout studies leading art-edition shops and published usability research.
- The UX scientist measures every screen of the site on desktop and phone.
- The designer turns the strongest findings into working proposals.
- The gatekeeper rejects anything that breaks the brand’s rules, the law or accessibility.
- The owner answers each proposal with Publish, Revise or Drop, and a published change reaches the store’s preview the same day.
The social icons in the footer were re-centred inside their hover circle.
The site’s two main fonts were being downloaded twice, which wasted 170 KB on every first visit.
A button placed above the painting on the home page was dropped, because the artwork has to speak first.
The home page took 5.4 seconds to show its main image on a typical phone connection, and the agents traced the delay to a 6.6 KB frame texture.
The same loop will now run the rest of the business.
Each new team of agents works the way the website team does. It measures, proposes and tests, and the owner decides.
Website and experience
The store, its 3D and AR views, its texts in two languages and the weekly review loop.
Business development
Agents will find and approach the professional buyers, galleries and partners best suited to Anne’s work.
Marketing
Agents will plan the monthly letter, social posts and campaigns in Anne’s voice, then test each one and keep what works.
Other artists and galleries
Once the method is proven on Galerie Artwave, we will offer it to independent artists and small galleries that have no team of their own.
Each agent records its work, and here are two days of that record.
The entries come from the project’s history of changes.
- ScoutMoves to the Claude API, set to run every Monday without a chat open.
- Review agentAdds English subtitles to Anne’s presentation film, after the owner’s comment.
- Review agentRemoves the opening hours from the top bar, as the owner asked.
- Review agentHands its role and a written brief to a fresh session once its context passes 350,000 tokens.
- Store syncPushes version 141 to the Shopify preview. The parity check is held back by Shopify’s rate limit and is retried.
- CatalogueSets the postcard pages to 15 × 15 cm.
« Partager la beauté, sous toutes ses formes, avec le plus grand nombre. »
To share beauty, in all its forms, with as many people as possible.
Anne Turlais, on founding Galerie Artwave in 2016
Why we started with her gallery
Anne founded the gallery to bring beauty to as many people as possible, including people who would never walk into a gallery. A business of her size has never had the team that this takes. AI agents can now be that team, and her gallery is where we prove it.
